With the Layer Manager  tool  on the Designer toolbar, you can configure layers in a scene such as layer style, properties, and options.

To work with layers, complete the following steps:
- Verify that you are signed in to the portal and open Scene Viewer.
- On the Designer toolbar, click Layer Manager    to open the Layer Manager pane. to open the Layer Manager pane.
- Configure the layers in the scene.
- Click Save   to save the changes to the layers. to save the changes to the layers.
You can  configure the layers with the Layer Manager  tool  using the following layer elements:

When you hover over a layer, you can set the visibility of the layer by turning the visibility toggle button on or off. Layers that are visible in the scene display
